Randi Ellis has been a Loan Officer with iServe Residential Lending since January of 2010. She has eight years experience in the banking, home design and remodel and the mortgage loan industry. She is serving a wide range of clientele including First Time homebuyers, current homeowners wanting to refinance and those customers with challenging credit or income situations. Prior to joining iServe Residential Lending, Randi Ellis worked for US Bank Home Mortgage as a Mortgage Loan Officer. She co-owned Main Street Investment Group remodelling and reselling historic homes in Humboldt County. She also owned At Home Solutions a small business creating design solutions for home challenges.
Randi Ellis has completed specialized training in Home Mortgage and Loan software, and holds the NMLS certification #242557. She was recently honoured with the Affiliate of the Year Award by the Humboldt Association of Realtors for Outstanding Service. She is an active member of the Fortuna Sunrise Rotary and serves as the Affiliate Committee Chair and Affiliate Liaison for the Humboldt Realtors Association. Randi is also active in her local community often volunteering to help with seasonal events.
Randi Ellis lives in Fortuna, California with her husband, Jeff and their two rescue cats and two dogs, Boxers Bella’ and Tucker. When not working, Randi likes to remodel and decorate her old farmhouse.

Delores Reeves has 20 years experience in the Mortgage industry, her first 16 years as a Mortgage Loan officer with a local bank. As an Independent Loan Officer. Shortly after that, she became the Manager for the Fortuna and Arcata offices. Born in Kentucky, but having lived in Humboldt County for 40 years, she considers Humboldt her home. She graduated from Fortuna Union High School and married her high school sweetheart, Glenn. She has three children and three grandchildren.
